Job Description: Manage all Bar, Maintenance and Kitchen staff, over-see all volunteers for club events. Book all catering events and facilitate through completion of event including invoicing. Work with kitchen manager to help order all food and supplies include bar. Schedule all outside catering events and schedule BBQ teams and servers for events. Schedule all entertainment for events. Watch for price increases and recommend price increases for Bar and Food to house committee. Schedule all bartenders, cocktail servers and maintenance staff.

Over-see and coordinate all repairs and maintenance of facility and grounds, attend monthly house meetings and weekly management meetings. schedule, over-see and manage all volunteers of Lodge.
