The Clinical Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling all incoming triage phone calls and for serving as the primary customer interface for clinical care
Positions in this function are responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers. Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (7:00am - 7:00pm). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $16.00 - $26.88. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $16.83 - $29.66. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED (higher)
- 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems, OR 1+ years of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
- Prior stable work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Word (Create and Edit documents), Microsoft Excel (data entry and sorting) and --Microsoft Outlook (create and send emails, calendar management)
- Certified EMT or Paramedic
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00am - 7:00pm
- Available to work 40 hours per week anytime within the operating hours
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
