Client Services Manager

This is an position for a career-minded individual, who can manage externally-facing relationships with clients as well as internally-facing relationships with the Customer Service Representatives and other Department Heads.

Responsibilities include:
Lead, train, mentor and develop customer service staff for optimum performance levels
Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department
Ability to work closely with other departments including production, distribution, supply chain as well as with our outside sales reps
Manage the overall satisfaction of customers, develop creative ways to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
Maintain effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs
Establish and create SOPs
Work closely with inside and outside sales representatives developing quotes and maintaining pricing integrity
High degree of business acumen, ability to analyze sales trends, order patterns, pricing exceptions etc.
Navigate customer portals and websites to collect and analyze data in order to proactively serve customers
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or related field
A minimum of 10 years of customer service experience
At least 5 years of supervisory experience
Experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment is a plus
Experience in Paper or Packaging related industry is a plus
Experience dealing with retail customers (ex. Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Rite Aid)
Experience with eCommerce/Marketplaces a plus
Pricing experience including development/integrity
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM) applications
Excellent written and verbal skills
Strong customer service focus, decision making skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail
