Uncommon Acquisitions is looking for a client service representative, who will be responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of the company! The key traits that make people successful in our company are: strong work ethic, the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and excellent customer service skills! A Client Service Representative's duty is to support customers. This main responsibility covers lots of duties, such as:
Update existing accounts/new customer account set up
Assist our call center with placement of orders
Inform customer of deals and promotions
Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's or customer's questions
Work with management to ensure proper customer service is being delivered and sale goals are being met
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, and face to face
A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and writing skills
All positions are FULL TIME and FIRST SHIFT . Expansion and growth opportunities within management are also available! We are looking specifically for someone with a great work ethic that wants to grow within the company!
