Position Summary:

The Client Service Specialist (CSS) is responsible for assuring the successful onboarding and ongoing maintenance of Empyreal's clients across all supported product lines. The CSS is responsible for leading the successful on-time completion of the client onboarding project plan. Key tasks include developing the Project plan, establishing client and Empyreal project roles and responsibilities, identifying project risk areas, creating risk mitigation plans, and managing all escalations related to these accounts. The CSS will manage all executive and project reporting, both with the client and to the Empyreal's internal management teams and branches. The CSS will be responsible for ongoing account maintenance and client updates as needed, including portal logins, main contact updates, etc. The CSS needs to have excellent communication with financial institutions, client contacts and the project teams. The CSS is also expected to contribute to client projects, improvements, and innovations. 10% travel is expected.

Major responsibilities are as follows:

• Responsible for successful, on-time completion of client-related projects

• Leads internal teams to execute client-related project processes and tasks to assure successful, on-time completion of all deliverables.

• Develops and drives project risk mitigation and leads all escalations related to these projects.

• Provides pre-sales client onboarding/training assistance for the sales organization.

• Ensures tasks are performed in accordance with Empyreal's processes, such as New Client Forms, Client Portal set-up; Portal logins; and operational checklists.

• Maintains up-to-date project and ongoing client information in Empyreal's Client Portal, and other systems.

• Manages client communications and escalations during the project process.

• Provides detailed and timely status reporting to internal management team.

• Assures excellent client satisfaction.

• Secures client reference ability.

• Identifies and proposes innovations and improvement opportunities.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

The position qualifications are as follows:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience is preferred.

• 2+ years consulting, technical consulting, or project management experience including strong client management experience.

• 2+ years application implementation and/or upgrade project management experience.

• Experience in banking or financial services a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and escalation skills.

• Solid negotiation skills and ability to handle objections.

• Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.

• Strong computer and database skills required. Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred.

Prior experience in executing Client Project Plan(s) with successful results.
