Our young and fast-growing team is looking for an enthusiastic and active person with strong communication and writing skills.
You would be involved from the beginning of a renovation or a development project and would see it coming alive. We need someone that can bring creativity and reliability every step of the way.
Responsibilities
Processing new client calls/leads as well as working with existing clients
Consulting on general questions and ideas
Scheduling meetings and appointments for the team
Preparing estimates and proposals
Managing project deadlines and keeping clients up to date with our progress
Providing design input (if interested)
Requirements:
Personable
Good communication and written skills
Highly organized with an attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking
Skilled with MS Office, Gmail, CRMs, and work management platforms
Passionate about interior design, architecture, and or construction
Proficiency in Spanish or Russian is a plus
Must have drivers license and able to drive to occasional meetings around LA
