The Opportunity
We are looking for a team player with the ability to work in fast-paced environment to join an outstanding group of dedicated professionals! The Client Service Coordinator will provide daily account administration of service contracts function for all business units supported by the Concord office.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone calls / emails / TEAMS msgs from internal and external customers
Creating and Sending Service Quotations
Review / Accept / Process / Acknowledge Customer Purchase Orders
Review and Enter Service Agreements so proper coverage is reflected in our database
Request Certificates of Insurance
Follow up on internal and external order status checks
Act as back-up for colleagues to cover for vacation and illness
Promote the One-Oxford attitude
Strong email skills (email etiquette)
Assist with the install maintenance
Prioritizing work load
About You- The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and 1-3 years related experience, or a combination of education and experience
Previous experience processing purchase orders and generating quotes for sales team
Must be able to prioritize, be organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Willingness to learn and utilize multiple systems
Technological
Has experience with ERP and/or CRM systems/quoting tools
High level of competency with Microsoft Office.

Understands how business processes can be used to reduce cost and improve performance. Is able to utilize systematic approach to create efficiency and support positive business outcomes.
Proactivity
Identifies and takes advantage of opportunities to achieve (and exceed) business objectives. Initiates actions to develop new and better ways of working, using past experience and any mistakes as positive opportunities for improvement.
Management and organization
Supports business (with internal and external stakeholders) by providing high level of customer service
