The Client Service Associate Account Manger is responsible for supporting the operational activities of multiple Medicaid Dental programs. The Client Service Associate Account Manger will use his/her strong business analysis skills to process Client requests through an intake tool, validate and interpret regulatory requirements, resolve Client escalations, support auditing activities, assist employees on leave/PTO, and manage reoccurring & ad hoc client reporting needs. In addition, they will support various activities with other Account Managers who are Client-facing and accountable for the maintenance, growth, and overall customer satisfaction for their book(s) of business. This position is tailored for growth within the Client Services team into an Account Manager role, as well as other organization opportunities.
This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide back-end support for all activities required to manage the Company's Medicaid programs
- Build strong relationships with Account Managers on the team to facilitate engagement & efficient task coordination
- Subject matter expert for Salesforce CRM Tool and other systems required to manage client expectations
- Support Account Managers in coordinating complex or regulatory projects to completion, meeting demanding timelines through with numerous departments; this includes External Vendors, Clinical Operations, Professional Networks, Provider Services, Call Centers, Finance, Legal, Regulatory Adherence, Reporting, Compliance, and other external parties
- Identify Client requests that are at risk and escalate accordingly
- Attend cross-departmental and organizational meetings as required to support the ongoing business, project, and client requirements
- Perform ongoing desk audits to ensure supporting client documentation is up to date (benefit setup, provider manuals, QRGs, plan summaries, org charts, etc.)
- Represent Client Services during new business implementation activities
- Coordinate all reporting needs for each assigned Client
- Support the processing, preparation, and deliverables for all Regulatory audits
- Facilitate ad hoc Client requests (i.e., claim projects/ research, State complaints, eligibility research, utilization, network issues, reports, output verification, etc.)
- Monitor the response times for all Client inquiries
- Tracks issues and resolutions to maintain documentation and to enable visibility
- Assist with daily activities when teammates are on leave/PTO
- Cross-train with other teammates and departments to strengthen the services offered to Clients

Required Qualifications:
- Associates degree (or higher) or High school diploma / GED (or higher) with equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with demonstrated ability to gather undefined or unclear requirements utilizing strong probing skills (this is not a financial analysis role, financial analyst need not apply)
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher)
- Healthcare insurance experience
- Experience supporting Medicaid programs
- Experience utilizing various platforms to document, navigate, and maintain business inquiries/projects
- Ability to understand ADA codes and general dental terminology
- Experience with reporting tools and platforms
- Experience supporting regulatory audits
