Position Overview


NuView IRA is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to assist in our operations department. The Client Experience Specialist will be in a position that offers a great entry point into NuView with numerous growth opportunities. As a Client Experience Specialist, your duties will include but are not limited to phone-based interactions, data entry, scanning documents, distribution & allocation of mail, etc. Established procedures would be required to follow and perform routine tasks while receiving guidance and direction to perform other work. The Client Experience Specialist will be in regular contact with internal and external clients to obtain, clarify, and or provide facts and information. The hourly pay will be $18-$20 (based on experience).


Our operations department is separated into multiple PODs who each handle a different set of tasks. For example, our Real Estate POD will handle transactions and questions regarding real estate. Our Accounting PODs will handle transactions and questions regarding deposits, funding/billing, and account maintenance. Although they handle different tasks each POD works together to better our client experience. The Client Experience Specialist will be integral to working within either of these PODs.


Responsibilities

  • Client Resolution - Readily available, manage workload to maintain availability, problem solves, and effectively resolve issues for the client; escalate when needed.
  • Client Focus - baseline service level is seen via Quality Assurance Assessments and Team Supervisor /Manager feedback including (1) creating rapport (2) appropriate sense of urgency and tone (3) understanding the question (4) effective interactions
  • Focus on the timely and successful delivery of solutions - according to client needs and objectives, meet key internal client service metrics including availability, and adherence leverages metrics to understand performance, adjust behaviors and identify where additional support is needed
  • System Capability - Ability to navigate within systems including Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams and to continually build the knowledge base to best serve the client
  • Leverage Resources - Appropriately and effectively use resources to find and validate answers, resolve, and document issues in a way that adheres to NuView policies.
Requirements:

  • Must have one or more years in a customer service/client-facing role
  • Must have clerical and data entry experience
  • Financial/Admin/Professional experience preferred
  • Passion for service, positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Able to communicate in a concise, clear manner
  • Extremely detail-orientated and organized Background and Credit Check will be completed
