Job Overview
FAME Performing Arts is looking for a cleaning maintenance person to start as soon as possible. Prior experience is not required.
This person must be self motivated and work efficiently. You must be able to lift 50 lbs over your head.
Duties include-
Cleaning/maintaining the interior of the building. To include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, deep clean kitchen and bathrooms, take out trash, assist with projects for our performing arts productions as needed (building and painting), installing items in the school, carrying heavy items.
Maintaining the exterior of the building occasionally- using a leaf blower to maintain walkway, hauling away yard debris if landscape company is late, etc.
This position is no more than 10 hours per week. You must be available Friday AM for general cleaning. There is a need for cleaning after weekend events, this will be scheduled as we go.
