SBMA, an Acrisure agency partner, has a current need for a full-time Claims Customer Service Representative. This individual will work closely with providers and members to assist them with detailed claims inquiries. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Receive inbound calls + Give information and help to solve customer problems + Answer detailed claims questions + Fax, scan, email documents + Assist managers and supervisors with workflow queues and administrative tasks + Daily office tasks such as Outlook Inbox management, etc. This description is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be modified from time to time at the discretion of management.
