Job Description: + Currently looking for a Civil Project Engineer or Civil Designer to join their Civil Engineering Group in Orlando. + This person will support large national restaurant and retail clients with commercial site development. + Involvement in these projects will including utility systems design (water, sanitary sewer, stormwater, gas, electric, telephone, etc.), grading design, permitting, and construction administration (including shop drawings and responses to requests for information). + As this individual's skills develop and their desire for more responsibility increases, they will have the opportunity for management and client related duties. Qualifications: + 2+ years of civil engineering/ design experience + BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience and knowledge from working in civil design + Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D + Commercial land development experience is preferred + Demonstrates ability to design all above and underground utility systems including: water, sanitary sewer gravity systems, storm water collection systems, gas, electric and telephone. + Experience with grading and drainage design + Ability to work on several projects at a time while maintaining project schedule. + Good communication skills, both written and verbal are required. + Confident presentation skills for public hearings as required.
