Job Overview

Parametrix is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our outstanding team of professionals in our Spokane, Washington office. We are in a great office space just outside of downtown and steps from Riverfront Park. This position will retain some flexibility to work remotely if desired.

WHO YOU ARE:

Experienced and Passionate: Civil Engineering degree or related, EIT Certification preferred, and an interest in supporting multidisciplinary work in site development, water resources, and transportation projects for both public and private clients.

Relationship-focused: Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative approach, team player and not afraid to ask questions and take risks. We are seeking highly motivated candidates with the ability to work collaboratively internally and externally.

Excel at Communication: Demonstrated ability to clearly express ideas and convey information in verbal and written form and previous experience developing and writing documents.

Detail Oriented: Supports preparation of plans and specs and associated calculations and reports required to develop detailed design documents and construction plans.

Tech Savvy: You enjoy utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3Dand learning new software.

Field Work: You enjoy getting into the field occasionally and are willing to assist with field work relating to construction observation, construction staking and topographic survey tasks
