This 30+ year regional engineering and planning firm seeks a Civil Engineer-EIT to join their growing branch office in The Woodlands.

Under the mentorship of a PE / Project Manager you will contribute to a variety of residential land development, light commercial, and community planning projects with established clients throughout Montgomery, Liberty, Harris and surrounding counties. This will include performing project tasks; construction plan production for lift stations, detention ponds and water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, H&H, and paving construction plans according to the local design criteria; coordinating with State, County and City for plan approval including permits; maintaining professional relationships with your team and clients and participating in professional associations.

Key Civil Engineer-EIT candidate qualifications:

• Relevant civil design experience with a Texas consulting engineering firm.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
• Engineer-in-Training certification (EIT) in Texas

Our client seeks a qualified professional who currently resides in the greater Houston area. Candidates must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident. This position requires a strong detail-oriented work style, excellent oral and written communication skills, and an accommodating and proactive attitude.
