Requirements

• 3+ years of civil engineering experience, PE or on track to obtain it
• Land Development background; Single Family and Multifamily Land Development experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Design & project management; Development of plans/specifications & construction contract documents for Single Family/Multifamily
• Site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility, roadway & other engineering plans
