Civil Engineer / Property Development Manager
PAY: 75K - 100K / Yr

The Ideal Candidate:
Must be proficient in Civil 3D
Has a bachelor's degree in Engineering OR equivalent experience
Strong technical ability with experience in land development
Stormwater design / calculation
Experience in design and construction plan production
Experience in project submittals.

The position will require some travel. Expenses are paid by company. You may have projects as far south as North Alabama and as far North as Nashville.
