- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Land Survey, Architecture ,Land Development or equivalent experience.
- Independent design and calculation creation, including Earthwork and grading calculations.
- FE or PE license is preferred.
- Strong design software use (AutoCAD/CIVIL3D) with Stormwater and HEC-RAS.
