Responsibilities:

Solid Waste Landfill Design including grading plans, volume calculations, slope

stability, stormwater and silt management facilities, leachate collection, and landfill

gas collection systems

Preparation of plan and specifications for construction bid

Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) monitoring

Collaborate and coordinate with staff and management
