Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Civil Engineer for an engineering firm out in Arizona. The successful candidate will be able to work independently on small projects and assist senior team members on larger projects as part of a multi-disciplinary team. This a full time in office position. A Full-time hybrid work schedule may be available after 6 months, dependent on the candidate and performance.

Responsibilities include:

Providing Civil Engineering Support, you'll be assisting with:

• Feasibility Studies
• Planning and Permitting
• Entitlements
• Design Engineering

Responsible for Preparation of Drawings

• Conceptual
• Final Construction
• Detail Sheets
• Cross Sections
• Grading Plans
• As-Built/Record Drawings

Responsible for Performing Basic Calculations

• Hydraulic
• Pipe Loading and Sizing
• Channel and Culvert Hydraulics
• Site Grading and Earthwork

Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering
• P.E. (Professional Engineer Certification)
• 5+ years' experience in commercial and residential civil design/Land Development
• Understanding of AutoCAD Civil 3D
