Description:

Actalent is currently looking for a Civil Drafter to join their Civil Engineering Group in Orlando. This person will support large national restaurant and retail clients with commercial site development. Involvement in these projects will including utility systems (water, sanitary sewer, storm water, gas, electric, telephone, etc.), grading, land development, concept plans and record drawings using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

As this individual's skills develop and their desire for more responsibility increases, they will have the opportunity for management and client related duties.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of civil drafting experience

• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D is a plus

• Commercial land development experience is preferred

• Experience with above and underground utility systems including: water, sanitary sewer gravity systems, storm water collection systems, gas, electric and telephone.

• Experience with grading and drainage

• Ability to work on several projects at a time while maintaining project schedule.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal are required.

• Confident presentation skills for public hearings as required.
