BGCLC is looking for a passionate, fun-loving, energetic individual to help foster a fun, safe, and positive before and after school experience for youth in Larimer County Colorado.

As a Childcare Group Leader, you will:

Assist in implementing and leading a variety of fun and memorable afterschool programs such as academic enrichment, recreation and games, technology, sports, and the arts.
Help ensure safety of our Club members.
Act as a mentor/role model for school aged youth.

You are someone who:

Has a passion for working with school-aged youth.
Can be flexible & adaptable in an ever-changing environment.
The childcare group leader position is a variable hour, part-time,non-exempt position with a pay range of $15.00 - $15.50 per hour.
The hours for the Childcare Group Leader position are as follows:Monday - Friday 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm. Requirements:

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience

Experience working with groups of school aged youth, preferred.

Other Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Bilingual Spanish speaking is highly preferred.
CPR/First Aid Certification.
Candidates must be able to pass a drug test that includes screening for marijuana, criminal & driving records investigations, and reference checks.
