As a Chapter Leader within the Platform as a Service, you will work as an engineering leader within Cloud & Platform Engineering Chapter Area, enabling our Platform delivery squads to purse outstanding levels of engineering maturity while building our platforms at scale. You will lead a Chapter of highly skilled engineers who are working with the latest cloud technologies utilizing leading edge engineering practices to deliver our next generation platforms at scale.
Our Chapter Area blends our passion for building outstanding talent with deep technology expertise while working in an open and transparent way. We are passionate about opensource contribution, sharing our expertise and knowledge across the engineering community while embracing a continuous learning approach support by a dedicated learning day each week.

- Experience building applications in the Cloud.
- Experience working with one of the following
- API gateway technologies, example Envoy.
- UI technologies - React, Angular etc.
- Experience working with Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of engineering best practices and principles.
- Experience working with the developer lifecycle related to cloud.
- Passionate for new technologies and cloud trends.
- Recognized for driving decisions collaboratively.
- Exceptional mentoring and coaching skills.
- Passion for developing and growing exceptional talent.
- Passionate about working in a DevOps culture driven by continuous learning.
- Line management experience.
- Cloud / Kubernetes Certifications
