Overview Certification Engineer LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an Electrical Liaison Engineer with direct aviation experience for an opportunity in Tampa, FL. Job Duties and Responsibilities: + Create, develop, and analyze engineering designs, concepts, and aircraft compliance. + Conducts research concerned with design, manufacture, and test of mechanical, structural, or electrical components, equipment, and systems. + Be involved with activities concerned with installation and operational test of engineering designs to ensure conformance with functional specification and customer requirements. + Evaluation of operational systems, and recommend design modifications for changes in system requirements. + Implement duties of the engineering department including design, research, prototype, cost estimation, and process improvement. + Develop routine technical specifications, drawings, and procedures while evaluating technical reports, documents, and drawing; implement may require application of CAD/CAE software. Qualifications and requirements: + 3 Years of direct aviation experience. + Must have bachelor's degree in Engineering. + Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors. + Must be willing to work any shift. + Must be willing to work overtime (as requested). + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site. + Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
