Job Title: Cashier Department: Cash Box
Reports to: Office Manager Effective Date: 10/1/2022
Job Summary:
Cashiers will be expected to check receipts against the customers identity and cash them out in a timely manner. While keeping a clean and organized workspace. They also must answer questions about pricing and the processes used on site, as well as transferring calls to the correct departments.
Bonus Structure:
Although bonuses are not guaranteed, often times discretionary bonuses can be offered on a monthly basis when company goals and objectives are deemed to have been achieved.
Responsibilities:
Check receipts for errors
Verify customer identity
Keep the front office and cashier area clean
Answer any questions or transfer to correct dept.
Required Skills/Abilities:
verbal and written communication skills.
interpersonal and customer service skills.
organizational skills and attention to detail.
Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
