ReStore Associate / Cashier (Arlington Store)
General Description: Set Schedule Tue-Sat 10am-6pm
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
He or she must:
Accurately operate a cash register Maintain and Support our online eBay store
Answer multiple phone lines and direct calls accordingly Assist customers with their purchases
Provide outstanding customer service to customers and donors Job Conditions
Position is full-time (40 hours a week). Evening and weekend work is required. It is a non-exempt position. Conditions and benefits are contained in the board approved Employee Handbook.

General Responsibilities
1. Facilitate and support primary agency programs.
2. Provide calm, confident, and positive leadership to the entire organization.
3. Disseminate information readily to stake holders as appropriate.
4. Submit accurate reports according to deadlines.
5. When confronted with things with which you question, disagree, or have a concern, speak directly with those involved.
6. Ensure that your area, office, and/or building is clean, organized, safe, and in compliance with all codes.
7. Comply with grant requirements accordingly.
8. Cross train with fellow staff to ensure a steady flow of business despite absences.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Ring up customers at the cash register as needed
2. Answer phone and direct incoming calls as needed
3. Maintain our onine eBay store, to include listing and shipping of items.
4. Work with donors to ensure that incoming donations are acceptable for the ReStore
5. Provide outstanding customer service to customers and donors
6. Data entry (maintaining donor and customer databases)
