About the Job
The Repair and Maintenance Program Manager will focus on the day to day activities of the retail stores via a team of maintenance and facilities vendors to ensure the repairs, cleaning and upkeep of the retail locations, while maintaining the Samsung brand and complying with company objectives and budgets.
This role will serve as a primary business partner to the Retail Operations team and be responsible for managing inbound work orders from multiple sources and assigning, implementing and overseeing completion of those work orders effectively and efficiently. This position will also develop relationships with the Retail Business team to accurately assess strategy and implement new methodology and best practices. Additionally, assistance is also needed in development and implementation of maintenance related policies and procedures that meet best in class practices.
Responsibility will also include maintaining monthly and quarterly repair and maintenance budget in accordance with company goals and provide status report to various business functions, as well as assisting in developing standards to be maintained within the organization and taught to the field teams on a semi-annual basis.
Demonstrating ability to work well cross-functionally across multi-level positions in a fast-paced, positive environment along with the ability to lead, manage and delegate effectively and work independently is a must.

Job Description:
Responsible for maintaining brand standards throughout all Samsung owned Fixtures & Displays in National Retailer and Carrier partners
Manages in bound Work Order requests from Store Managers, Field Service Managers, Call Centers and Account Escalations
Assign, ticket, implement and oversee the direct maintenance repairs of assigned sites as requested utilizing Internal CMMS (SRMS) system management
Manage 3PL Vendor contracted to execute repair and preventative maintenance in assigned Doors
Escalate and report all issues and assign/task immediately for 24 hour response
Serves as a primary business partner with the Retail Operations team, Accounts teams and Field Team
Inform and partner with multiple levels of store and corporate leadership to complete assigned projects and tasks in a timely manner
Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance related policies and procedures which meet best in class practices
Responsible for monthly and quarterly budgets in accordance with company goals; report the overall maintenance budget status as directed
Review and approve completed Work Order invoices prior to department manager's approval
If need be, partner with Finance on 3PL Vendors' behalf to ensure all Invoices submitted for payment are processed in a timely manner
Develop relationships with Samsung operations teams and Retail business teams to accurately assess strategy and implement new methodology and best practices
Assist in developing standards to be maintained within the organization for maintenance and taught to the field teams on a semi-annual basis

Qualifications and Experience:
3-7 years of experience in Retail Merchandising, Facilities Maintenance, or Project Management in a Retail store environment
Degree in business, engineering and/or technical field or related experience
Basic knowledge of SOW compliance, vendor contracts, and MSAs
Previous CMMS or Project Management online web based systems experience is preferred
Power user of Microsoft office including Word, Power Point, and Excel
Prior new construction coordinator experience for fixture and stop and shop experience installs
Ability to read and understand architectural and shop drawings for fixture and standalone shops
Demonstrated experience in cost and contract negotiations
Highly effective inter-personal, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent business communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to confront, address and negotiate through difficult situations in a diplomatic manner to achieve desired outcomes
Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements
Proven ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities to meet business goals
Availability to work after normal business hours and weekends on an as needed basis
Required 40 hours per week onsite in office, availability to also work from home after normal business hours
