JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for completing all aspects of carpentry and painting activities at Carroll Hospital Center.
This includes completing new project tasks, as well as carpentry and painting infrastructure repairs/maintenance associated with buildings, grounds, equipment and furniture.
Tasks that will be completed include: Preventative Maintenance (PM)), problem identification and resolution, Work Order Management, project planning, specifying and procuring material, documenting activities and communicating with Shift management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma
Minimum 3 years experience
Ability to read and follow blue prints, schematic plans and drawings to evaluate and solve problems with equipment, estimate cost and to build structures and/or install equipment during repair, renovation or construction projects.
Limited potential travel to Northwest Hospital and Levindale Geriatric Center for various projects.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
Requires demonstrated carpentry/painting skills, experience working in teams, and outstanding customer service skills, and SPIRIT values.
Fleet Safety.-FULL DRIVER'S LICENSE
