The Westover Companies, a family-owned and operated property management company, located in King of Prussia has operated for over fifty years with the purpose of providing quality living, shopping and working space for residents and customers. We are currently hiring for an experienced Carpenter for our Commercial Division with a broad skill set
The candidate should expect to be working inside around both new construction and finishing projects. Westover does design, project management, and building. Individuals should come in with the expectation that they will do a little of everything. They will be responsible for daily clean up of the job site as well as setup, Framing, Doors, Hardware, drywall work, spackle and paint, metal studs, flooring, cabinetry work, trim work, Acoustical ceilings and ceiling tile.

Demonstrate the appropriate and safe use of standard hand and power tools
Knowledge in Carpentry
Be able to shovel and salt when it snows
Be able to work on step/extension ladders
Must have positive attitude and good communication skills
Must have valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
Must have own tools
Successful completion of background and drug screening required prior to beginning employment.
