Job Overview
The Environmental Services Director is responsible for general oversight and maintenance of the property including all major utility, life safety, grounds, and security systems. Plans and leads all aspects of building operations for our Assisted Living/Memory Care in Oakdale, MN.
This position includes:
80 hours in 2 weeks - Monday - Friday; 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm, open to compromise.
On-call hours are required every other week with maintenance assistant
Participates in Manager on Duty rotation (24/7 On-call position to address building needs, eligible for on-call reimbursement.)

Responsibilities/Job Description
Maintenance of grounds and building
Supervises maintenance and housekeeping staff
Ensures timely and efficient turnover of apartments
Promotes a safe environment for staff, residents, and visitors
Lawn Maintenance and Snow Care are completed in house
Work hours around snow storms as well
Be on call for the building Maintenance needs
Qualifications
Three to five years of Multi-housing maintenance experience
Ability to troubleshoot appliances/plumbing/electrical/carpentry issues
Experience working with seniors in an Assisted Living preferred
