Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of service in manufacturing or comparable (i.e. farming/construction if it included operating heavy machinery) and ability to complete pre-employment weld training.

Excellent team orientation skills and willingness to work all shifts with prompt and regular attendance. Attendance is very important and attendance bonuses are available (up to $1,400) The right candidate will be extremely safety and quality oriented as well as mechanically inclined.
