Operations Call Center:
Cascadia Global Security (CGS) is looking for an Operations Call Center team member. This position will help support multiple regions by answering all employee calls and being a first point of contact for our guards and clients. This position works closely with management to ensure all call outs are covered, any client request handled in a timely manner, escalating issues when needed, and calling officers not performing checkpoints or required duties. CGS is looking for dynamic and organized individual to add to our growing team.

Operations Call Center duties:
Answering and facilitating all employee calls
Backfill all employee call outs ensuring all sites are appropriately covered
Calling any dark/vacant shifts to verify issues with timekeeping system and helping them get signed in if so. Any true dark shifts must be addressed and filled
Resolving client and employee general questions. Elevating open items to local staff and National Support office when necessary
Ensuring nightly checkpoints are happening and all daily tasks are being performed by our officers. Ensuring duties are understood and employees have clear directions on how to complete tasks
Tracking all call activity to provide feedback of issues to local operations staff
Complete special projects and assignments during slow Call-off periods as assigned by National Support Managers

Qualifications and Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solution oriented individuals with quick problem-solving skills
Associate's degree or higher
Highly organized and ability to multi-task
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams preferred
