Call Center Sales Associate

Requirements:

Call Center Sales Associate Responsibilities include:

• Schedule reservations and appointments for qualified leads
• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and online chat
• Obtain accurate customer information for our tenant database
• Provide industry-leading customer service on all interactions
• Process customer payments
• Protect any sensitive or private information by maintaining 100% confidentiality.
• Perform other sales center-related duties as assigned or required by the Sales Center Manager
  

Call Center Sales Associate Qualifications include:

• 2+ year phone or call center experience
• 2+ years sales experience
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills via phone, email and chat
• Self-storage experience not required
• Must be able to work in a small team call center environment
• Must be able to work afternoon or evening shifts, possibly including weekends
