Job Description:

• Individual will respond to customer's telephone, chat and e-mail inquiries in a 24x7x365 environment.
• Offer solutions while demonstrating enthusiasm, apologizing sincerely for inconveniences, listening empathetically and tolerating difficult customers calmly.
• Responsible for outbound calling projects when events or customer impacting system issues arise.
• Recognize potential exceptions and make decisions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of call center experience
• Strong computer skills (40wpm or more in testing-will be working on dual screens and 3 computer programs)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Hours (Shift Options)

• First Shift 8AM - 5PM OR 9AM-6PM OR 10AM-7PM
• Second Shift: 1PM - 10PM
• 1 Saturday Every 3 Weeks
