Job Overview

Urgent Care Center in Laredo, has an opening for a Full-Time Call Center Representative . Must have experience working in a fast paced medical environment. Must have exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication skills to schedule appointments, handle customer requests, attention to detail and possess a good work ethic. Proficiency working with computers is a must. Electronic Health Record experience preferred. Two (2) years of experience working in a Healthcare setting. Previous call center experience is preferred.
