Job Overview
We are a nationally recognized primary and specialty care practice in a state-of-the-art facility in the Chelsea area of New York City.
We need motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our team on a full-time or part-time temporary basis.
Some of the job responsibilities include:
Greet patients in a courteous manner over the phone.
Complete mini registration for all new patients including, patient name, demographics, date of birth, sex, insurance carrier, insurance ID number, and eligibility.
Check electronic message box as assigned and in a timely fashion.
Send patients appointment confirmations via email
Direct calls to other departments as necessary
Because you will be the voice of our practice, and the first contact for these new patients, you will need the following:
Experience in a call center or in a position with a high volume of calls
Exceptional interpersonal communication and listening skills
Strong organizational and computer skills
Must be Bilingual in Spanish
