Summary/Objective
Our business supports operations in seven states and provides the highest levels of service, product integrity, and talent. We're looking for Patient Care Specialists to join our growing inbound and outbound call center. The Care Specialist is responsible for ensuring a high-quality interaction during each call. Patient Care Specialists will schedule appointments for new and existing patients on inbound and outbound calls. We're looking for a highly organized professional with previous contact center, sales, or scheduling experience to ensure our call center's most efficient operations.

Essential Functions
Schedule patient appointments using the script and guidance provided.
Resolve customer service inquiries and concerns regarding Beltone's products and services.
Overcome objections and re-direct conversation for optimum outcomes.
Communicate effectively with patients with hearing difficulties.
Initiate outbound telemarketing calls to set up appointments for existing patients, reschedule missed appointments & set service appointments.
Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Abide by HIPAA regulations.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED is required
2+ years of Contact Center, Sales, or Customer Service experience is preferred
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional call center environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers with multiple screens and phones. This is NOT a work-from-home position.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak clearly and listen. The employee frequently is required to sit for prolonged periods, stand, walk short distances, reach, lift (20lbs. or less), and repeat motions that use wrists, hands, and fingers.

Full-time, Part-time, & Weekend hours available
Hours of Operation are:
7:00 AM to 7:00 PM- Monday through Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM- Saturday
11:00 AM to 5:00 PM- Sunday
Compensation & Benefits
Starting at $31,200.00 annually, DOE
