REMOTE Call Center Role!
HorsePower Brands is a portfolio company of franchise brands in the service industry delivering first in class customer service and experiences. More importantly the services we provide are needed by all consumers across North America. We re a rapidly growing company, it s important that you have an entrepreneurial attitude, an embracing mindset toward change.
We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Must be available for the following hours but will not be required over 5 days a week/40 hours per week.
- Central Time Zone:
- Monday thru Friday 7 am to 10 pm
- Saturday 8 am to 5 pm
- Sunday 11am to 4pm
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Internet access at home
