Growing medical billing office seeking self-motivated individual/s for an experienced Call Center Representative, with potential advancement in the future. Positive attitude, attention to detail and a willingness to learn are required. Duties will include but not limited to:

Requirement: Minimum 1 Year Experience in Medical Billing and/or Call Center

Answering phones

Patient payments

Performs various collection actions including contacting patients by phone, correcting and resubmitting claims to third party payers

Works to ensure clean billing

Problem solving/critical thinking

Special projects

Bilingual preferred but not required (English & Spanish)

Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations
