Job Overview

HIRING NOW FOR CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES IN TEMPE! ---- $18/HR

Currently Remote - Must be open to commuting to Tempe, AZ as will return to office (100% in office) next year.

We are hiring a call center representative to manage customer queries and complaints in Tempe!. This individual will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers and clients regarding escalated customer concerns and inquiries. The best candidate will be someone with excellent customer service skills and is comfortable providing customer service over the phone.

Schedule: MUST BE AVAILABLE MON-SUN 5AM-12AM

• Full Time, 5 days a week, 8 hours shifts between 5am-12am Mon-Sun

• Schedule given advance during training

• Able to put in shift change requests twice a year

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

• Communicating with customers through various channels (inbound calls, outbound calls, email, etc.).

• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.

• 1-2 years of customer service experience

• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

• Comfortable using computers.
