The Customer Service Representative's Role
Our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for our patients. Doing what's in the best interest of the patient is at the heart of what we do.
The majority of your day will be spent assisting patients over the phone.
You'll educate patients on our program options, answer questions about treatment plans, and research patient charts.
You will have the ability to talk to patients for as long as they need - we value customer service over speed because we know that we are working to change the life of every patient we talk to.
After training, you'll be an expert on all of Red Mountain's products and services.
Just the Facts
This is a full-time, on-site position - we do not offer remote work.
We're looking for someone who can work shifts Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm. We do schedule 8-hour shifts, 5-days per week.
For this role, our pay ranges from $17.50 to $23 per hour depending on call center experience.

You are friendly, positive, and non-judgmental with a strong desire to help others - a people person.
We work together as a team, and that means we encourage each other to improve as a team. You are someone who enjoys working with people, collaborating, and sharing responsibility.
You have worked in a call center environment and have used scheduling applications or SalesForce.
