Job Purpose
Justice Federal Credit Union is seeking member driven, detail-oriented candidates for the position of Call Center Representative. This role is located in a call center environment and is responsible for responding to member inquiries, guiding our members toward products and services that meet their financial needs, and providing an exceptional member experience through multiple service channels, including phone, online chat, video teller and secured messaging.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Recognize and respond to member relationship opportunities using a consultative sales/service approach
Display exceptional member relation skills both internally and externally by handling issues at point of contact, utilize good follow through, and remain professional at all times
Performing member account transactions in accordance with security, regulatory, and compliance standards
Educate members on our digital banking capabilities so they can easily manage their finances from any location
Research and resolve minor account issues
Accept new membership and loan applications, providing guidance on account and loan options that meet the member's needs
Stay organized in a fast-paced environment with strong written, verbal communication skills

Required Skills and Experience

A High School Diploma or GED
Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, in a professional manner when dealing with members and employees
Minimum of one month of similar or related experience, call center operations or banking experience preferred
Knowledge of banking or credit union products and services is strongly preferred
Intermediate level computer skills
Ability to perform well under pressure
Ability to follow Justice Federal's core values of being member driven, being accountable, taking ownership, being one team and doing the right thing
