Job Overview
Job Summary/Objective:
The Call Center Representative will be the liaison between the center and its current and potential patients, by scheduling appointments, answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
Essential Job Functions:
Manages large number of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Listens to the patients to understand the reason for their call.
Schedules appointments managing physicians' availability.
Addresses all questions or complaints and provides an accurate and efficient response.
Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
Works closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our patients.
Determines requirements by working with customers.
Maintains call center database by entering information into the system.
Demonstrates familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Keeps records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
Takes part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Performs all other tasks and projects assigned by the Team Leader/Supervisor or Office Manager.
Required Education and Experience
High School graduate or equivalent
One year of related experience
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
Fluency in multiple languages may be desired.
