Job Overview

Call Center and Relationship Building Positions!

Currently seeking individuals that have a customer service background in call center environments. Role will be providing concierge service to existing customers. Will be responsible for handling specific accounts to provide customer service including interpreting contract, supporting post sale issues or concerns, providing appropriate pricing, entering new orders into the system, extending credit for customers, and being the single point of contact to build relationships and long-term customer/sales relationships. If you have great experience in a call center, business development, or account management environments, and great with people, we want you to apply!!

Ideal Candidate:

Great communication skills, understands how to build relationships.

2 years of call center experience, or leadership within call center.

Ability to come to Midtown daily, Monday thru Friday

Good data entry and computer skills.

Great phone etiquette.

Able to communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat.

Able to work shift schedule of Monday thru Thursday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Fridays until 1 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide excellent relationship building customer service to existing customers.

One and done type calls and chat service.

Support a basket of accounts as scope of responsibilities.

Dedicated point of contact for accounts.

Phone and email support of customer needs.

Review and understanding of each customers contract/agreement in order to speak intelligently about their needs, pricing we can offer and overall opportunity.

Ability to support and resolve issues.

Provide pricing on any new orders with customers and enter the order into system.

Review any requests from customer base for credit extensions.

Provide a continuity of care for the customers through effective relationship building.
