Volt has a fun and exciting opportunity for Customer Service Reps to join a growing team in Chaska, MN.
Shift- 1st shift- Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm with a weekend rotation (every other weekend) required
2nd shift: Monday-Friday- 3pm-11pm with a weekend rotation (every other weekend) required
Training starts on 1st shift for 3-4 weeks!
Pay- $17/hr after temp it goes to $20/hr
Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
Inbound Sales/Customer Service
Taking new orders over the phone
Able to handle incoming calls with questions regarding products, warranties, tracking, order information and returns.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Data entry
Able to operate 2 computer screens
Professional and patient with a fun personality!
Experience with the following is a plus:
Customer Service
Call Center
Longevity
Computer knowledge
