Role: CRU / Call Center openings in Schaumburg

Hourr: Must be open for training Monday - Friday 8:00a - 4:30 in office. Once training is completed, the schedule will be between 7:00a -7pm one day during the week and one day on the weekend

Must be able to work one day on the weekend - schedule will be set ; start times starting at 7:00a, 8:00a, 9:00a or 10a

Location once hired: Onsite for training in Schaumburg. Once training is completed, this will be on a hybrid schedule working 2-3 days in office and the remainder of the time from home - typically taking 3-4 weeks before moving to a hybrid model

Start Date: We are looking for people with 1+ years customer service / call center experience open (Start dates include September 26, October 10)

Pay: $18 for 1 + years recent general customer service (over the phone) and / or call center experience

Duration: Contract to hire

Requirements

• 1-2 + years general customer service (over the phone) and / or call center experience
• A minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Promptly aid individuals who have been in a vehicle accident by serving as the primary point of contact for all inbound emergency calls
• Collaboratively work with other departments to quickly, efficiently, and empathetically resolve customer and/or vendor issues
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills with ability to come to a quick and effective resolution
• Arrange tows, rental vehicles, glass and collision repairs (if necessary) through our network
• Efficiently responding to inbound calls from vendors, clients, or drivers concerning vehicle repairs
• Create electronic claims based on client specific instructions from drivers via phone, email, or fax
• Provide clear explanation of claims process to drivers
• Follow up with clients, vendors, and repair facilities to ensure that repairs are conducted in a timely manner and to reduce rental car expenses for clients
