Job Overview
The Call Center Specialist will interact with the company's customers by assisting with inquiries concerning account information and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher level of customer support on a specific product or service. Answers questions and/or directs calls for services the bank provides while also recognizing selling and referral opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Interacts with customers via telephone or email to provide customer service support including research and account maintenance on Capstar's products or services.
2. Analyze, research, and resolve problems and discrepancies related to customer accounts.
3. Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer's problems and concerns.
4. Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
5. Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.
6. Performs other related duties as assigned.
7. Attend all BSA training (at least annual) offered through the bank. More frequent and/or specific training may be required, depending on job responsibilities. Perform job responsibilities to ensure the bank's compliance with BSA/AML policies and procedures, which include detecting potentially suspicious activity and reporting such activity to the BSA Officer and may include gathering and entering data into systems for monitoring and reporting.
8. Reviews and decisions mobile deposits for proper processing.
Note: Incumbent may be asked to perform other non-essential duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Six months call center/customer service or banking experience.
While training, hours will be from 8 am until 5 pm CST. Once training is satisfied, hours will be 8:30 am until 5:30 pm CST.
