_ Duties/Responsibilities: _

Answer incoming inquires through multiple channels including phone, email and chat
Create tickets and document support in detail as described in training
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with company policies
Ensure customer inquiries and issues are fully answered and resolved
Record customer information within our customer service database
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Maintain a high level of confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of information

_ Required Education/Skills/Abilities: _

Positive attitude
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience a plus
Excellent verbal and written skills
Banking experience a plus, but not required
Professional demeanor with a good understanding of delivering excellent customer service
Familiar with operating a computer
Fun upbeat personality
Comfortable providing written communication and documentation to describe actions taken
