Job Overview
We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to present our products and services, handle complaints and inquiries, and schedule appointments while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. This position offers uncapped commission & bonuses!
Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend educational meetings to improve knowledge and performance level
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Qualifications
Previous experience in setting appointments is a plus
Persuasion/Sales skills are a MUST!
Previous experience with Cold Calling is a _big_ plus.
Track record of over-achieving quotas
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
High school degree
Bilingual(English/Spanish) is a big plus!
Must be able to work 12:00PM to 7:30PM M-F (with 30 minute break) and 9AM to 2PM on Sunday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
