Job description

We are currently seeking CAD Designers with experience working on Private Developments to join our team. With multiple locations in Arizona and hybrid and remote positions available. Great mentorship programs and a positive work culture!

Job Functions:

• Hiring at all levels
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to modify construction plans and pull quantities
• Ability to generate base files, alignments, pipe networks, surfaces, corridors using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• 1-2 Years of Design Experience required
• Understanding of design concepts related to grading, drainage, utilities/ General mathematical skills to calculate basic equations for design
• Prepare and present due diligence/feasibility reports on properties of interest

Educational Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in related field preferred
• Extensive drafting and engineering technician experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D for detailed civil design site/land development
• Minimum 1 years of Design experience.
