National Notary Association is currently looking to hire a full time Software Business Systems Analyst. This opportunity is located in Chatsworth, Ca.

Summary:

The Software Business Systems Analyst's primary role is to maximize technology business benefits by facilitating improved stakeholder understanding of system features and constraints. In this role, you will provide technical expertise, research, and analysis in support of the integration of tools, systems, and processes. This essential position is responsible for defining technical requirements, connecting business stakeholder and analysts' functional needs with system design and development.

Responsibility:

• Conduct best proactive analysis and define technical requirements, use cases, system designs, and test cases, which will serve as the key conduit between internal/external stakeholders and the software engineering team.
• Leverage design principles and best-practice analysis methodologies to implement system solutions that increase stakeholder comprehension, usage, and adoption.
• Perform application system analysis and prepare design documentation to articulate system understanding.
• Collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability, performance, and security/compliance needs.
• Understand various systems' architectures, features, and limitations at a technical level and explain these to business stakeholders.
• Identify enhancement patterns, reusing existing functionality to solve multiple problems and assess stakeholder priorities.
• Perform technical troubleshooting, issue triage, testing, issue reporting, while explaining the impact and partnering with internal teams to work towards the best solution to the problem.
• Ensure successful adoption and support of systems by developing and maintaining relevant documentation.
• Participate in all Scrum team activities and meetings.
• Perform manual QA and help with user acceptance testing as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience working in as a Software Engineering Business systems analyst
• 5+ years' experience in systems analysis or similar role required.
• Working in a cloud environment with AWS, Azure or GCP
• Experience with Web properties - Ecommerce, CRM, Portals
• Experience in a client facing environment (internal or external)
• Understanding of Software design principals and microservices
• Solid SQL understanding

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting tools Examples includes Postman, Swagger UI, Insomnia REST Client, Paw, Apigee, and cURL
